A major highlight was our recognition as a Challenge Champion in the American Heart Association's (AHA) inaugural CarePlan Challenge. This exciting initiative invited organizations to develop advanced digital tools, rooted in the AHA’s evidence-based guidelines, aimed at accelerating access to preventive cardiovascular care. Porter Health was honored to be selected among the challenge winners! Our innovative platform, which delivers one-click cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic (CKM) risk assessments and expert-vetted, large-language-model-assisted care plans for both patients and clinicians, was featured as a breakthrough solution. Engaging at the Conference

Our team was actively involved throughout the Scientific Sessions:

• Our CEO, Tushar Parlikar, presented our solution on the Health Innovation Pavillion stage and accepted the champion plaque. His presentation highlighted the transformative potential of our CKM risk assessment and care planning platform.
